Be'ad Chaim operates a national hotline as well as 4 different counseling centers throughout the state of Israel. We provide service nearly 24 hours a day in Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, and English. Each of our 10 counselors is experienced in both telephone and face-to-face counseling and undergoes extensive training to enable her to provide accurate information on abortion practices in Israel, the effects of abortion on women, birth control, and abstinence. Counselors are also available to support mothers throughout their pregnancies and beyond by accompanying them to doctor's appointments, by providing on-going emotional support, and by guiding them on how to obtain practical help. We also offer free pregnancy tests. In case of need, we also have a safe house for pregnant women in crisis.
Jerusalem - The main office is based in downtown Jerusalem for easy access. Here, we offer ultrasound testing free of charge to our clients when needed. We hope to expand the use of the portable ultrasound machine to other offices. We also offer monthly support group meetings for new mothers; providing friendship and encouragement, lessons on topics helpful to raising babies, and discussions on God's love and purposes for each of our lives. 
Kiryat Yam - Located just north of Haifa and part of the Haifa region, Kiryat Yam has a very large percentage of immigrants from the former Soviet Union. This area has the highest percentage of abortions per capita in Israel. Our office here supports the Haifa and Krayot area.
Acco - Just north of the dense industrial area surrounding Haifa is our office in Acco. Our counselor here services the north-western region of Israel, all the way up to the border with Lebanon
Tiberias - This office is responsible for all of the Galilee region with several clients in the northernmost town of Kiryat Shmoneh on the Lebanese border as well as clients in various kibbutzes around the Sea of Galilee and even as far south at Beit Shean. 
Tel-Aviv - the most secular area of the country is also the hardest to influence. Our local counselor here often takes her clients into her home to provide them with a safe place to live before they give birth.
Be'er Sheva - Our counselor here is responsible for the southern region including the Negev and adjacent areas. The population in this area is varied and the counselor periodically receives phone calls from local Bedouins.
Ashkelon - On the southern coast of Israel, our counselor has a varied group of clients including foreign workers and local Israelis.
Nazareth - Establishing an office for the Arab population has proven quite tricky. Currently we have a local Arabic speaking counselor available by phone and have been offered an office in the local hospital. 
Roving counselor - Along with our established counselors we also have a counselor who travels to the lesser populated areas to meet with mothers in crisis and provide encouragement and support to them.
Post Abortion Syndrome (PAS) Counseling - Because the risks and consequences of abortion continue even after women go through with them, they need emotional and sometimes physical healing. Symptoms like guilt, sleeplessness, nightmares, anxiety attacks, suicidal thoughts are similar to those brought on by any traumatic experience
Be'ad Chaim feels responsible to provide women with the opportunity to receive healing from the trauma of abortion and to educate them regarding its staggering consequences. Our counselors are trained to give one-on-one counsel to promote the healing process. We also have a workbook available in 4 languages. The workbook can be used individually or in a group setting.
