Naama's Story

Naama is a 30 year old Lebanese Christian. Her husband was
an officer in the SLA (South Lebanese Army) and when they fled Lebanon, they settled in Kiryat Shmonah, where
they experienced the terrible rocket attacks from Hezbollah in the Second Lebanon
War in the summer of 2006.

Naama became pregnant in Israel with her 4^th
child. Her husband had been pressing her to have an abortion but when he saw
her travail over this, he relented and agreed with her that the pregnancy
continue to full term.

They are currently receiving emotional support from Be’ad
Chaim and after the baby is born in June, 2008, they will be helped by the
Operation Moses program.
