 yakir.jpgYakir, Rachel's Baby Rachel is a 22-year-old Israeli from a religious home. Her parents are quite poor and have 5 other children. When Rachel became pregnant her mother threw her out without her father knowing anything about the matter. In addition, the baby’s father severed all contact with her. Rachel went to live with a friend, but in the 21st week of pregnancy, she went home for a weekend visit and her family agreed to take her back home. Her baby boy, Yakir (Precious One) was born on Christmas Day, 2007. Be’ad Chaim is providing support for her through the Operation Moses program. |
