Shoshana's Story

Shoshana is a 30 year old native Israeli. She became pregnant by her boyfriend, but he was pushing her to have an abortion.

They went for an ultrasound at 4 weeks, and saw nothing. They went back at 6 weeks and saw the embryo and heard a heartbeat. The boyfriend was in shock and couldn’t speak!! He realized that this was a life and it would be wrong to murder it. They sought counsel and support from Be’ad Chaim and were much encouraged in the decision they had made.

They were married one month later and are looking forward to starting a family together. The baby is due at the very end of August, 2008.
