Amit and her Baby girl

Jan 16, 2020 • By Be'ad Chaim

Amit lives in Beer Sheva and has a small family of two toddlers and now the newborn baby.  She is divorced and is raising her kids alone. She told me that the children’s father does as he pleases, and pays the alimony that way too. She does not trust him.. Amit says that she is all alone and her family does not help her either.

She rents an apartment but has not worked since she gave birth. When she found out she was pregnant again she didn't want to abort the baby but was worried as to how she would be able to provide for everything, especially buying wipes and diapers. She then contacted Social Services, but they couldn't help. Her sister suggested that she contact Be’ad Chaim, so through Google, she read about what we did and then came to us to ask for help.

We were more than happy to help her, and it was through your very generous support Amit was able to become part of The Operation Moses Project. This provided her with new furniture for her baby and also monthly vouchers for a whole year to buy other essentials that her baby would need.

Amit gave birth on the 27th of November 2019 to a precious little baby boy and she named him Liav, which means "my father."  She says that the baby is well and healthy, but she is still in some pain.

Amit wants to thank you so very much for your support and financial help. She feels honored to get this much help and knows that not everyone is as lucky as she is. It really has made a tremendous difference in her situation.

Thank you so very much for your kind and generous support and for your continued prayers for Amit and her beautiful baby boy. Please pray for the Lord to keep restoring and bringing love, life, peace, and deep healing for both mother and baby. Please pray for her recovering and also for her to find a good job.
