He will respond to the prayer of the destitute;
he will not despise their plea.
Let this be written for a future generation,
that a people not yet created may praise the Lord:

God has a plan, considers and prepares for those YET TO BE CREATED. We don’t enter God’s mind when we are conceived in the womb, rather when we are conceived in His mind and heart. The eternal God has a deliberate purpose and divine plan for every person even before conception in the womb. Each life has been destined to praise Him. His great plan is eternal, and each life is of value. Whether a baby in the womb is ‘wanted’ by his mother or not is not the question - this preborn person is not a random biological accident. Every individual has been intentionally designed and called for the glory of God and His praise.
