Sarah and Yosef

May 14, 2020 • By Be'ad Chaim

Sarah is a young single mother who is only 21 years old and has two children, a 4 year old boy and now her newborn.

When Sarah discovered she was pregnant again she was strongly considering having an abortion. She didn’t have a job at the time and lived with her mother. She wasn’t in a relationship with the baby’s father and everything seemed too overwhelming for her. A good friend of hers challenged her not to have an abortion and later through her sister she heard about Bead Chaim.

Sarah chose to keep her baby and it was then through your very generous sponsorship she was able to become part of The Operation Moses Project. This provided her with new furniture for her baby and also monthly vouchers for a whole year to buy other essentials that her baby would need.

Sarah is so deeply grateful to Be’ad Chaim and her generous donors for all the love and support she and her family have received. “It really is making such a huge difference”, she said “Thank you so much for everything, this is such a blessed organization!”.

Sarah decided to give birth at a religious hospital even though it was far away from her home.  It was important for her to have a good experience and to be taken care of well.  Praise God she did have a very good experience and on the 24th August 2019 Sarah gave birth to a precious little boy, she named him Yosef. Everything went very well, Sarah did suffer a little from pain for the first three weeks but now she has recovered and is doing well.
