Sarit-Ron

Mar 16, 2020 • By Be'ad Chaim

Sarit is a young, but mature lady. She really felt she was ready to start a family.  She began dating a new guy and a short time later found out she was pregnant. However, when she told her new partner about the pregnancy he was very angry with her for not being more careful and left her.

She thought that he might try and make her have an abortion.  However, he did not want to force her to do that but said he did not want to take any responsibility for his baby. Sarit was then desperate for help.  Thankfully she heard about Be’ad Chaim and turned to us for help. When she contacted one of our counselors she found that we would be more than happy to love and support her.

It was then through your very generous sponsorship that Sarit was able to become part of The Operation Moses Project. This provided her with a baby bath, baby bed and linen, and a stroller, and also monthly vouchers for a whole year to buy other essentials that her baby would need.

On the 22nd of January this year Sarit gave birth to a baby girl and she named her Ron. It was a C-section  and when the baby was born the doctors said that she was a living miracle because the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck 4 times!  The baby was born at 2.600 Kg.  Sarit is now bottle feeding her formula.

Sarit used to work at a kindergarten and is looking forward to going back to work. Her mother comes to babysit and help her with Ron sometimes.

Sarit said to thank you for your willingness to help people you don't even know.  She hopes to return this good deed one day and help someone in need. All the support she has received really has made such a tremendous difference to her situation.  She is so very grateful.
