Tali and Aron

Jun 18, 2019 • By Be'ad Chaim

Precious Aron celebrated his 1st birthday on the 20th April 2019. He is a handsome little boy, very happy and smiles a lot.  Aron is  healthy and  growing and developing very well.

Sadly Tali and her boyfriend had a fight  which ended with them separating.  She is now renting an apartment on her own and raising little Aron as a single mother. Sometimes Aron’s father comes to visit but not very often.

Up until now Tali has not been able to find a well paid job and so she has decided to be a stay home mom until something opens up. Financially she wouldn’t be able to afford to put little Aron in daycare if she doesn’t have a good job. She is currently receiving support from the National insurance, it’s not a large amount but is very helpful.

In the ethiopian culture it’s not accepted for a woman to have a child outside of wedlock. It’s seen as a very shameful thing by the family and the close community.  For that reason Tali doesn’t have a good relationship with her family, and she doesn’t receive any help or support from them.

Tali is so deeply grateful for all the help, the love and support she has received during the past year. It truly made a huge difference to her and her precious little boy.

Thank you so very much for enabling Tali to be part of the Operation Moses Project, and  for praying for her and her family throughout this year.
